How to register license in CrossFTP

If you have got the CrossFTP Pro/Enterprise license, or the evaluation license, you can go to menu Help -> Register... to input the license code. After CrossFTP's restart, it will turn into the licensed version. The following is the sample screenshot FYI:

CrossFTP 1.98.6 Release

CrossFTP 1.98.6 is a minor update. The main changes are:

- Add global menu in context to handle Mac OS X High Sierra's global menu display issue.
