CrossFTP 1.99.8 Released

 CrossFTP 1.99.8 is a major update. The main changes are:

- Support 'Keep Date' for all protocols (Sites -> Site Manager -> Actions -> Keep Date).
- Fixes a Site Manager saving issue.
