CrossFTP 1.99.9 Released

CrossFTP 1.99.9 is a major update. The main changes are:

- Support ap-east-1, eu-south-1, af-south-1, and me-south-1 regions for Amazon S3.
- Fixes that CrossFTP refuses to copy or delete files/paths with special characters for S3.

This update is recommended for all CrossFTP users.
