CrossFTP 1.99.1 Release

CrossFTP 1.99.1 is a major update. The main changes are:

- Fix the Site-local-site and FXP's hint error.

- Fix CrossFTP’s compatibility with Mac JDK 11.

- Fix the Mac AppStore’s crash issue.
